The ultimate hype girls… but it goes so much deeper than that.

There was a time I felt so small, so unsure of myself, shaped by things that made me question my worth every single day. I never thought I’d be here, never thought I’d feel this confident, or even recognise the girl I’ve become. But these two… they saw something in me when I couldn’t see anything at all.

They didn’t just coach me, they rebuilt me. They pushed me when I wanted to hide (or didn't want to smile in photoshoots), lifted me when I felt broken, and reminded me over and over again who I really am. Every bit of confidence I have now, every ounce of belief I’m walking into Miss Great Britain Belfast with is because of them.

I’ll never be able to put into words what you’ve given me, but I will carry it with me forever.

Amy, you are a little book of knowledge around all things pageantry! After each session I have with you I come out feeling more confident and prepared than ever.

Nicole, you inspire me so much as a finalist. Watching your journey as our reigning queen has been incredible! You have brought me from bambi on ice to walking with my head held high.

Eterna Coaching has shaped my entire pageant journey this year. I’ve learned that I need to believe in myself as much as you both believe in me. Confidence comes from within and you have both pulled it out of me. You are both always on hand with any questions, opinions, or rants (which happens quite frequently) and give your full time and support to me.
